RAF Waddington Summer Camp 2023

Cadets go to an exciting, adventure packed summer camp!

In August 2023, some of our cadets went to RAF Waddington for a week where they took part in numerous fun, action-0packed activities. They all enjoyed the camp a lot, and said this about it:

“Very good camp with outstanding staff and activities for all. Mess food very nice including pizza. And finally an amazing opportunity to get close with the red arrows“- Sergeant Taylor-Dean

“Recently I’ve had the amazing opportunity to experience life on an operational RAF station. It was a wonderful week including activities such as watching a red arrow display, scavenger hunts around the base, museum visits, talks with engineers. Personally, my favourite visit was to the RAF police station on base where we got to meet very busy working dogs. Some of them were a little less cute and cuddly than others, but it was lovely meeting them all the same. There was also a lot of free-time in the evenings – which we filled with bowling, games of rounders, karaoke nights, Uno games and more.” – Corporal Einosas
